Scout Troop 282 is located in Reedley in the San Joaquin valley of central California. We have been serving the youth of our community for more then 80 years. We are one of the oldest continually chartered troops west of the Mississippi. Troop 282 is in the Sequoia Council, Mt. Whitney District. We are chartered by the Reedley Lions Club. Please look around our site. We are always looking for new boys to join in the fun. We meet almost every Tuesday night at 6:45 in the Reedley Friendship House behind Foster's Freeze.
